Why should I use you and not an estate agent?
There are a number of reasons why using us is better than using an estate agent. There are no agents fees or commissions to pay. You know that your house will be sold almost immediately, instead of waiting for a buyer that might come along only after many weeks, and even then may pull out at the last minute. [top]
How much will cost me?
Your only real expense will be the cost of a solicitor but in most circumstances we will pay that for you. [top]
What sort of homes do we buy?
We are looking for homes within the Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire area. If you have a property outside of this area, please do call anyway, as we do buy outside these areas from time to time. [top]
What condition does the property have to be in?
The property can be in top condition, or in need of repair. We will even buy property with minor structural issues, or property that needs to be completely refurbished. [top]
Some of the information I am giving is very personal, will it be confidential?
Yes, absolutely! We will not divulge any information you give us to anyone whatsoever, except under a court order, or where appropriate for the property sale to be completed. We absolutely respect your privacy, and you can request to see what information we have about you at any time. We will deal with you compassionately, particularly if you are in a difficult situation.
